5License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any product-specific license terms, Wolzq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use purchased digital content for your own internal business or personal educational use.

5.1 You May

• Access purchased courses and materials through your authorized account.
• Use course knowledge, examples, and ideas in your own projects, subject to any product-specific license included with the product.
• Download files only where a product page or delivery flow expressly allows downloads.

5.2 You May Not

9Feedback and User Submissions

If you submit comments, suggestions, ideas, support requests, reviews, or other feedback to Wolzq, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that feedback for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Services, unless prohibited by law.

11Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WOLZQ AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF WOLZQ FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO WOLZQ FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCT OR SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wolzq and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created a security risk, engaged in fraud, or used the Services in a manner that could harm Wolzq, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will end immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Wolzq maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal law or non-waivable consumer protection law.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts having jurisdiction over Wolzq's principal place of business, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts, subject to any rights you may have under mandatory consumer laws.
