No physical goods shipment or logistics delivery is involved in all transactions. Upon successful user payment, the system shall automatically activate permanent download authorization for the purchased products. The transaction shall be deemed fully completed once payment is confirmed and download access is granted.

In strict compliance with PayPal’s official virtual product transaction rules and United States and European Union digital commodity trading regulations, all digital virtual products provided by this Platform are non-refundable without valid grounds. Given the inherent attributes of virtual products including downloadability, reproducibility, and non-physical existence, the product service shall be deemed officially delivered once payment is completed and download authorization is activated. Refund applications arising from personal reasons, including but not limited to user equipment incompatibility, dissatisfaction with product functions, unnecessary purchase, and accidental order placement, shall not be accepted.

The Platform provides a 3-month valid after-sales technical support service for all paid orders, with the service term commencing on the date of successful order payment. Within the valid after-sales period, for verified inherent product quality issues such as official code defects, program operational errors, and standard installation process failures, users may submit official work orders or customer service feedback. The Platform solemnly undertakes to respond to all valid user problem submissions within 72 hours and provide professional and targeted technical resolution solutions.

The following circumstances are excluded from the scope of free after-sales services, and the Platform reserves the right to reject refund applications and free technical support requests: (1) Malfunctions caused by unauthorized user modification, secondary development, or tampering of platform source codes and programs; (2) Faults arising from improper server configuration, environment mismatch, or operational errors attributable to user negligence; (3) Failures resulted from third-party plug-ins, third-party tools, or non-official program alterations; (4) Expiration of the official after-sales service term; (5) User bad-faith behaviors including malicious refund claims and repeated disturbance of after-sales service operations.

All virtual product transactions adopt real-time automatic online fulfillment mode. The system shall activate product download access immediately upon successful payment verification, enabling users to independently download and utilize purchased products. The Platform does not provide scheduled delivery, physical logistics delivery, or offline delivery services. Users shall bear full responsibility for the independent downloading and permanent backup of all source code files. The Platform shall not provide repeated download services for files lost or damaged due to user personal negligence after order fulfillment completion.

All transaction behaviors shall be governed by official PayPal merchant rules and U.S. and European Union digital commerce laws and regulations. For legitimate product quality issues occurring within the after-sales term, the Platform shall actively provide technical solutions to resolve user problems. For refund applications based on personal reasons and malicious dispute claims, the Platform has the right to formal rejection and may submit valid evidentiary materials to PayPal and competent regulatory authorities to safeguard legitimate platform rights and interests.

The Platform reserves the exclusive right to update and revise this Order Fulfillment Policy at any time to adapt to platform operational adjustments and regulatory policy updates. All revised provisions shall take effect immediately upon official publication on the Platform’s website. All subsequent orders and transactions shall be executed in accordance with the latest revised policy terms.
